Stonequarry NSW producer Brad Croker has seen significant productivity and profitability gains since strategically using Tridectin for his Pre-Lambing drench program.
TRIDECTIN® FOR PRE-LAMBING
Brad Croker and his family run a wool and prime lamb operation on “The Knoll” at Stonequarry, in the Southern Tablelands of NSW. Brad introduced Tridectin into his Pre-lambing program to combat the challenges of Barbers Pole.
Brad explained “…I was looking for a high potency pre-lamb drench with a residual effect, particularly against Barbers Pole worm. The on-farm advice from the team at Elders Goulburn alongside our local Virbac Area Sales Manager Stacey Goldring was key to adding Tridectin to our drench rotation. The short 17-day withholding periods were also vitally important…”

TRIDECTIN® FOR WEANING
A short 17 day ESI meat withholding period allows producers to take advantage of the added flexibility of being able to market sheep post-drench promptly.
TRIDECTIN® FOR SUMMER DRENCH
TRIDECTIN is the only drench that controls worms with single, double or triple resistance to white, clear or mectin drenches or monepantel. This helps to protect the efficacy of effective active ingredients (including moxidectin, monepantel and derquantel). This makes it an ideal summer drench for producers.
TRIDECTIN® FOR QUARANTINE
Tridectin is an excellent option when looking for a suitable quarantine drench for sheep that are going to be sold within 3 months such as finished lambs, where the short 17 day ESI provides flexibility for producers. Alternatively Tridectin is also an excellent choice for sheep that are going to remain on farm for more than 3 months such as newly acquired replacement ewes to ensure resistant worm burdens are removed.
